Enjoy exercising in a spacious gym with panoramic views of Karuizawa’s nature through the glass window walls. The facility offers machines like treadmills, cross-trainers, seated dips, and more, as well as drinking water.

Operating hours: 7:00A.M. to 10:00P.M. (Final reception is at 9:00P.M.)
*Guests staying in West Twin Rooms, The Prince Karuizawa, and The Prince Villa Karuizawa can use the fitness room for free.
*Please use indoor shoes in the fitness room.
Rental shoes are available at the hot spring front desk.
*Please refrain from using the facility if you are under 16 years old.
