You can leave your baggage at our Welcome Counter in Kyoto Station, allowing you to start sightseeing right away without having to worry about carrying anything.
Your baggage will arrive at the hotel in the evening around the time you get there!

*This service cannot be used by guests who are part of a large group.
*We kindly ask for your understanding that delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions and other circumstances.
*The Welcome Counter can only be used by guests who have a reservation at our Hotel for that day.
*When the Welcome Counter is congested, we are only able to accept baggage.

• Before your use, we kindly ask that you please read and follow the Rules of Use and the Accommodation Agreements of the Hotel. We reserve the right to prohibit you from using our services or staying at our Hotel if you cannot follow them.
•The period of use will span the day that you arrive at our Hotel for your stay until the day that you depart.
•If you do not accept your baggage after the end of the period of use, the Hotel will dispose of it.
•We cannot return baggage outside of our hours of operation.
•We kindly ask for your understanding that the Hotel will not bear any responsibility for the loss of goods in case of fire, water disaster, or any other calamity, or in case of loss of deposit reciept. In addition, we are not responsible for the damage to goods and its contents that is not caused by us.
•We cannot accept cash, valuables, computers, cameras, precision instruments, pottery, fragile items, animals, dangerous items, perishable items, items that can deteriorate, or other items that the Hotel deems troublesome to accept.
•The delivery time may be delayed by traffic conditions.
