For guests staying more than 2 nights

Notice of Green Cleaning Program

In efforts to reduce CO2 emissions and conserve energy, Prince Hotels would like to invite guests staying more than 2 nights to join our Green Cleaning Program.

Green Cleaning Program includes the following details:
◆ Room cleaning and bed making
◆Linen change(sheets, pillowcases, towels, yukata…etc.)
◆Replenishment of amenities( toothbrush, shampoo, soap, tea bags…etc.)

Notes:
◆ Our staff do not go into your room in general.
◆ For hygienic and health reasons, rooms has to be cleaned once every 2 days.
◆ This program may not be unavailable depending on your package type.
◆ Please feel free to ask our staff for other details if you have questions.

Please tell our reception staff if you would like to join this program. We will give 500 yen voucher for each room per day as a reward, which can be used at either restaurants or shops of the hotel.
