Notice regarding changes to our services and measures to prevent infections in response to the novel coronavirus
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and patronage.
In response to the recent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Prince Hotel is implementing measures based on announcements by the WHO/Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare/other related agencies so that our customers feel safe during their stays.
During this time, some of our staff will be wearing face masks. We have also placed alcohol hand sanitizers in the facility, so please use them as necessary.
The Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower will be changing some of the services at the “Sky Dining TENKU.”
Description

[Before the change] Breakfast 6:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.(L.O. 10:00 A.M.)
Bar 5:30 P.M. to 12:00 MID. (L.O. FOOD 11:00 P.M./DRINK 11:30 P.M.)
[After the change] Breakfast 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
Bar 5:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. (L.O. 9:30 P.M.)
3．Service details: The breakfast will be a set menu of either Western style or Japanese food.
*Lunch and dinner will continue to be offered as regular services, but food and drinks will be served cafeteria-style.

The Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower will be changing some of the services at the “Club Lounge.”

(Sky Dining TENKU serves breakfast, and the Club Lounge only serves drinks.)
[After the change] 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
* For drinks between 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., please use Sky Dining TENKU.

At the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower, the Fitness Room and the Business Center will be closed for some time.
The reopening dates are not decided at this point. We will post an update on our Website regarding the reopening of these facilities.
