Oimatsu

This space was used as a guest room by the Iwasaki family.
Visitors can relax in this spacious guest room consisting of three rooms and connected to a vast garden.
The wide edge on the window frame is a single piece of log measuring 12.6 meters. The glass is good old fashion warped glass. The cross piece is rounded out.
The stepping stone by the yard is a saddle stone measuring 3 meters wide, which is extremely large for a monolith.
From the guest rooms, visitors can see winter cherry trees between late January and late February and weeping cherry trees between early to mid-April in the 9,900m²garden facing the room.
