Location

Clematis-no-Oka

Surrounded by the rich, natural beauty of the foothills of Mt. Fuji, Clematis no Oka is a collection of
art museums and literature museums that pass on outstanding works of art and literature to future generations,
restaurants where diners can savor cuisine made with local ingredients, and nature parks.
Clematis no Oka is broadly divided into 2 areas.
They are the Buffet Area, which revolves around the Bernard Buffet Museum,
and the Clematis Garden Area, which is a complex of gardens, museums, restaurants, and shops.
In the Clematis Garden Area, the Vangi Sculpture Garden Museum, the world’s first museum dedicated solely to Giuliano Vangi,
one of contemporary Italy’s most famous sculptors, is next door to the Clematis Garden, which is home to many clematis vines.
