Facilities

The opening of Shimoda began in 1854, with the arrival of Commodore Perry’s “black ships” under the Convention of Kanagawa. In 2018, the Izu Peninsula was designated a UNESCO World Geopark in recognition of its aesthetically sculpted scenery and historic geological strata.

Where we are

Taking the Narita Express (N’EX) from Narita Airport, change at Tokyo Station or Yokohama Station, then travel to Izukyu-Shimoda Station via Super View Odoriko limited express. The hotel is about ten minutes by taxi from Izukyu-Shimoda Station.
