Renowned Japanese writer Yasushi Inoue aptly named this new international meetings plaza after the famous Pamirs Heights situated along the historic Silk Road in central Asia. Sometimes referred to as the “Roof of the World”, this mountain range formed the historic gateway linking East and West.
No name could be more appropriate for this stunning convention center, which is already becoming an important venue for the international flow of ideas.
