Takanawa Shrine
Built in the Muromachi period (approx. 1336 to 1573), Takanawa Shrine has a history of about 500 years and houses the guardian deities of the Takanawa area.
On the grounds of the shrine is the place where Prince Shotoku is enshrined, “Taishi-gu,” which is believed to be a powerful place where various blessings can be received.
