A free shuttle bus is exclusively for guests staying at The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko,and Ryuguden (Annex Building).

Notes

• Reservations are required for the free shuttle bus. Reservations close when capacity is reached.
• Web Reservations can be made from 6 months in advance until noon of 2 days before your arrival date. (after the above period and up to the day of your stay, please contact the hotel reservation staff)
• Reservations can be made up to 4 persons per reservation.
• Please register the name of the representative person who made the reservation.
• Please register your telephone number with a number that you can be reached on the day (cell phone number, etc.).
• If you do not show up on time even if you have a reservation, the bus will depart as soon as it arrives on time. We kindly ask for your understanding.
• Free shuttle bus do not offer service to deliver your luggage, owners must accompany their baggage on the shuttle bus (we suggest you to use Carry Service at Hakone-Yumoto station, if you would like to send your luggage to hotel first.).

From Moto-Hakone

From 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., our free shuttle bus runs every hour.

1 hour 5 minutes by Izu-Hakone Bus (get off at Hakone-en or The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko bus stop, ￥1,200 for each.)

50 minutes by taxi (approx. 8,000 yen)　OR
1 hour 20 minutes by Tokai Bus (get off at Moto-Hakone bus stop, then transfer into our free shuttle bus.)
