Club Floor Closure and Changes to the Service of the Club Lounge

We would like to sincerely thank you for your constant patronage of our Hotel.
From April 1st, 2020 (Wed), the Tokyo Prince Hotel will closed the Club Floor and changed the service of the Club Lounge. We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience and ask for your kind understanding in this matter.

Club Floor Closure

From March 31st, 2020 (Tues), the Club Floor on the 11th floor are closed.
*From April 1st, 2020 (Wed), the 11th floor will start services as the Upper Floor.

Changes to the Service of the Club Lounge

From April 1st, 2020 (Wed), the Club Lounge will change its name to “Shiba Lounge.”
Our SEIBU PRINCE CLUB platinum and gold members who are staying at our Hotel and some of our corporate customers can use the area.
* The SEIBU PRINCE CLUB platinum and gold members need to have made a reservation through our Hotel website or by phone to use the area.
