Lake Towada is designated by the government as a National Park, and within this park, the Agency for Cultural Affairs has designated the scenery of Lake Towada as a Natural Monument, meaning that it is regulated to the same degree as an Important Cultural Property, in order to protect its magnificent scenery.

There is a 5km long strolling path along the lakefront in front of the hotel where you can enjoy the beauties of nature, wandering through a forest full of wild flowers, beech, katsura, and maple throughout the four seasons.
