There are two ski-in, ski-out Prince Hotels (Manza Prince Hotel and Manza Kogen Hotel) at the base of the ski area. Both are very famous for nice hot springs.

Manza Prince Hotel

We offer Twins, Family Rooms (up to four people) and traditional Japanese tatami rooms with futons (up to five people). There are 6 outdoor hot springs baths, including one mixed bath and one women-only outdoor bath with a roof.

Manza Kogen Hotel

An affordable, family-friendly accommodation. The hotel has 12 hot springs baths, including seven mixed baths. Buffet dining is also available here — perfect for families and groups.

Manza Prince Hotel

This white-colored Hot Spring has one of the foremost sulfur contents among all hot springs in Japan. There are 10 baths including 6 outdoor baths, where you can see a great view of mountains and a beautiful starry sky.

Manza Kogen Hotel

Enjoy hot springs with 4 different colors from 4 different sources. There are 12 baths in total, including 8 baths in the outdoor rock garden.

For hot springs lovers, there is a Manza Onsen Bath Coupon that entitles holders to discounted access at all baths in the area, which dates back to the 1500’s.

There are souvenir shops on the 1st floor of the Manza Prince Hotel and the Manza Kogen Hotel. You can buy local products, snacks and drinks here.

Sightseeing

Onioshidashi Park

A nature park located between Manza and Karuizawa. Enjoy art works formed by lava. During winter months, you can see the impressive contrast of white snow and black lava.
